A successful commercial interior starts with understanding the organisation behind it. Foundations Commercial begins with an analysis of your business, your people and the way they work.
We consider workflow, team and management structures, space allocation, privacy and concentration requirements, collaboration needs and the experience of clients and visitors.
We also explore your brand, company values, culture and mission so the environment doesn't simply function effectively—it genuinely reflects the organisation it was created for. These insights inform the spatial planning, concept and overall design direction for your space.

DETAILED DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
Turn the approved design direction into a clearly defined plan for implementation.
Studio Commercial takes the design direction established in Foundations and resolves the details required to move the project forward.
Materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture and joinery are confirmed, while the foundation drawings are developed into detailed design documentation.
These elements are then brought together into a comprehensive Scope of Works, clearly defining the approved design and providing the information required for the next stage of implementation.

COMPLETE DESIGN REALISATION
Take your design from documentation through to completion.
Signature Commercial is for businesses that want Inspired Spaces to remain actively involved as the documented design moves into implementation. We brief builders and trades, assist with quotation review, manage procurement and provide ongoing design guidance throughout the fit-out. By remaining involved through to completion, we provide continuity between the approved design and what is ultimately delivered.

WHERE WE WORK
We work with businesses all over Sydney — from Mosman and the Northern Beaches to the Lower North Shore, Hills District, Blue Mountains, and Eastern Suburbs. Our commercial projects range from workplaces and professional offices to health, wellness and customer-facing environments, with every space designed around how the organisation operates and the people who use it.
While Sydney is our base, we also take on interstate and regional commercial projects when the fit is right. With today's tools, much of the design and documentation process can be managed remotely, with site involvement planned around the needs and location of each project.
