Yes. Every residential project begins with a consultation. It’s a two-hour session where we review your space, discuss your goals, and provide verbal advice and indicative costings. The investment is $550, and it sets the foundation for everything that follows.

No. The consultation provides advice, direction, and rough ideas (we may sketch a mud map), but no formal drawings or documentation. Design plans and detailed documentation are delivered once you move into a package.

• Signature Residential is designed for those who want Inspired Spaces to remain involved throughout construction, providing procurement management, ongoing design guidance and support as the project comes to life.

Absolutely. You're welcome to work with your own builder or engage one independently. Our services are designed to support different levels of involvement.

If you're comfortable managing your builder yourself, Foundations or Studio may be the right fit. If you'd like us to remain involved throughout construction, Signature provides ongoing design guidance and support while your builder manages the construction process.

Regardless of the service you choose, you'll remain in control of your project, and we'll provide the level of design support that's right for you.

You'll receive a fully resolved, construction-ready design package, along with support during the builder tender process to help your project get off to the right start.

If you'd like us to remain involved after your builder has been appointed, Signature Residential provides ongoing design guidance, procurement management and support throughout construction.

Our services start from $18,000 for Foundations Residential and range up to $60,000+ for Signature Residential, depending on the size and complexity of your project.

Not at all. While we specialise in whole-home renovations and new builds, we're equally happy to work on individual spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, living areas or master suites. Whether you're renovating a single room or transforming your entire home, our design process remains the same, creating spaces that are intuitive, supportive, authentic and adaptable to the way you live. We'll recommend the most appropriate service based on the scope and complexity of your project, so you receive the right level of support for your renovation.
